Update
I am averaging 5 creator interviews (simulations) per week for The Book for Creation. That is 5 months to get to a draft of 100 chapters for 100 creators which is my target. A draft of the book will require a rewrite and an editor to clean the edges, but the network effect of this strategy looks promising.
Context
I have an alpha-stage prototype for the product: with a sequential algorithm and no-code experience operational. It's tested marvelously. It's its own frontier. However, I've kept the application in stealth mode to remove pressure and make sure I don't burn out/raise money/do something I will regret. I dropped the fear of being copied if I slowed down and went at my own pace. I've been called to work 1-on-1 with founders, investors and leaders and provide simulation sessions/journeys in a personal, hands-on capacity. This has allowed me to charge more, refine the method, master my facilitation, get testimony and build personal relationships with believers of the product. I love this thing. It's got legs! I hit a roadblock mid-year and paused my go-to-market because I did not want to release something that would create more problems for people. The breakdown in confidence led me to question my relationship with God. Without the breakdown, I would not have started conquering my doubt phase of simulation and the body of work I have created. Simulation feels aligned and I feel on my mission to share the work with the world. I want to help people. I want to serve.

Turn interactions into a FAQ/blog post. example 5-10 x 1-on-1 offers a day to founders/creators in DMs. Ask ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ in offers.
