1. What work have you done in the past that you're proud of? This question is required.
Age 18: Law School (if regrets were real, this would be one of them).
Age 19: Head of Marketing at Novel: a leading electronic music agency
Age 21: Executive producer: 50+ documentaries with PLGRM
Age 27: Founder, Storytella online rite of passage experience
Age 28: Fund manager for a family office, crypto + nfts (shadow career)
Age 30: Simulations, forging the frontier beyond meditation.
2. What would you work on if you are accepted to the fellowship?
I don't want money without value exchange or some cash grab. I want long-term relationships. I'd work with Jim and a select cohort of his teammates and executives for a year to implement and train Simulations into their self-mastery practice and daily lives. It's a ruthlessly efficient process, and I believe it has the highest efficacy of peak performance tooling the market has seen. Plus, its not complicated or time-consuming.
I will help members of the OSV exec team experience the true magic in 1:1 sessions whilst simultaneously refining and developing the technology further so it's ready for app development in 2024. This allows a proof of work and exchange in value to take place, where the option to build out the software and business model at a later date is on the cards and a non-exclusive option.
All I need is 60 minutes with Jim or Atman to run their first simulation and give the red pill an 'aha moment.' At that point, I'm very confident that a 12-month collaboration of simulations sessions across Jim's portfolio of teams/companies would be a no-brainer thing to do together.
3. If selected, what will success look like once the fellowship period ends?
$1M revenue: I run the model with Jim & OSV with 5-10 other portfolio leaders or founders who want the same rollout with key individual leaders and execs in their network. Working with Jim on simulations is a super cool way to help his companies grow while receiving high-quality mentorship and value exchange from super-intelligent peers and industry leaders.
1000 testimonials: I help a large body of creators and leaders experience the magic and open the network effect to warm word of mouth of what Simulations™ is the future. A bit like meditation before it blew up (pre-headspace days), but hands-on in year one to build key relationships. This is a Rolodex introduction play. If it's mutually agreed that you think simulations is as powerful as I think it is, I'd love to get everyone in the extended OSV network interested.
Podcast circuit: Get simulations into the spotlight and in the hands of influential people. Where possibilities for brand endorsements and partnerships open up before any app is even developed. We want to create and own a new category beyond meditation. Maybe even produce our own podcast as Jim has done with Senra's Founders (huge).
App development: Simulations is powerful without AI. It could be parabolic with AI also and a strategic language model + mobile/desktop plugin UI with notion, roam and other notetaking apps. I don't care to compete with the likes of Headspace or whatever. I just want to make sure that our product and technology is available to a broader market, as not everyone can or will be able to afford 1:1 simulation sessions.
Premium hourly: Access to 1:1 sessions will be faded out after year one and super limited. Actually, after year 1, I have a dream of only charging $100,000 an hour for a simulation for select people, like a Batman hotline number and then just making the technology mass for those that want to implement it into their daily toolkit. That’s how valuable I think this stuff is, especially for those at the very, very top.
