”Life is a journey, and if you fall in love with the journey, you will be in love forever.”—Peter Hagerty
Phase 1: Activation
The pre-launch stage of a new product can feel like being at the bottom of a never-ending mountain. The intimidation and dread of getting everything right: from offer, strategy, product market fit plus showing up daily to get sufficient progress and traction. I fear my efforts may amount to nothing if I fail. On top of the fact, I feel obligated to market to a crowd, be like the crowd, to get the attention of the crowd. The road ahead looks daunting. I need to tap deep into something deeper that will make my climb ahead fun and worth it regardless of what others are doing and where the journey takes me.
