Quote + Context
The beauty of any kind of conflict is it gives you a second wind — Brute De Force
Write in two sentences a context primer that embodies the theme of the quote and that explains to a reader about to a do a guided simulation that the theme of X is an opportunity to confront the probelem patterns baked into an existing ‘identity’ you've constructed. If you allow it, the theme of X is designed to break you free from limitating identity. Set the context of X in the first sentece about how X is a problem, and the second sentence is about priming the value of a guided simulation in overcoming the identity limitation. Don’t use the word theme, concept etc ever, speak directly to the issue.
